HealthWare Systems Promotes Jackie Phillips, FHFMA and Sam Willis

Elgin, IL: HealthWare Systems has promoted two dedicated and key employees, Jackie Phillips, FHFMA and Sam Willis. Jackie Phillips has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development, and Sam Willis has been promoted to Director of Marketing.
As the Vice President of Business Development, Jackie’s primary goal is to direct commercial strategy to enhance sales lead generation, marketing alignment, and client success to accelerate and optimize revenue growth.
As the Director of Marketing, Sam’s goals are to improve sales and marketing alignment, increase traffic and engagement to our website and improve the overall message and understanding of the healthcare technology solutions HealthWare Systems provides.
HealthWare’s CEO and President, Steve Gruner announced:

Jackie Phillips, FHFMA has been with HealthWare Systems since 2022. She has over twenty years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle sales and customer success experience focusing on Eligibility, Revenue Recovery, Mid Revenue Cycle and SaaS Solutions. She is a current member and voting Director for the Texas Gulf Coast HFMA Chapter and served as the 2018–2019 Chapter President. She is also a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and became a Fellow of HFMA in 2020.
Sam Willis has been with HealthWare Systems since 2013. She has over 10 years of design and content creation experience across many media formats. She has applied her creative talents across all areas of marketing, product design, educational/training programs, and social media.
